1. Services

Jetset Livery provides private, pre-arranged chauffeur services designed as premium travel experiences. Services are not on-demand and must be reserved in advance.

2. Bookings & Payments

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. A deposit may be required to secure a booking, with the remaining balance due prior to or at the start of service. Jetset reserves the right to adjust pricing based on itinerary changes or additional service requests.

3. Cancellations

Cancellation policies may vary by booking and will be communicated at the time of reservation. Jetset reserves the right to enforce applicable cancellation fees as outlined in the Service Agreement.

4. Service Conditions

Clients agree to treat the vehicle and chauffeur with respect, follow all applicable laws, and ensure appropriate behavior. Jetset reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if conditions are unsafe or inappropriate.

5. Delays & Limitations

Jetset is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or events beyond our control.

6. Liability

Jetset shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential damages. Clients are responsible for any damage caused during their experience.

7. Personal Belongings

Jetset is not responsible for lost or forgotten items.

8. Vehicle Substitution

Jetset reserves the right to provide a comparable or upgraded vehicle when necessary.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.
